1. Behaviour Therapist
-
Minimum Degree in Psychology/Education or related field.
-
Able to formulate and carry out individualized therapy plan.
-
Knowledge of ABA therapy skills and/or able to adapt previous theories of behavioural therapy for different clients is much preferred.
-
Responsible, independent, problem-solver and a team-worker.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in related field. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply as assistant or junior behavioural therapist.

What to expect : You will be required to handle sessions of behavioural therapies with individualized treatment/lesson plans, logging data & session notes and maintain a good interpersonal communication with parents and relevant personnel. You are advised to discuss cases and work in hand with other therapists from time to time. A touch of humour during discussion would be much appreciated. Supervision will be given when needed.

2. Speech Therapist

Minimum Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.

Registered member with relevant association is preferred.

Able to formulate and carry out individualized therapy plan.

Knowledge of speech related therapy skills and/or able to incorporate with other behavioural therapy skills will be highly considered.

Responsible, independent, problem-solver and a team-worker.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in related field.

What to expect : You will be required to handle one-to-one session of speech therapies with individualized treatment/lesson plans, logging data and session notes and maintain a good interpersonal communication with parents and relevant personnel. You are advised to discuss cases and work in hand with other therapists from time to time. A touch of humour during discussion would be much appreciated.
